Wine shapes our lives. It contains much of what defines us.

In the vineyard

Every single vineyard is a complex structure of diverse life. We tend our vineyards according to ecological guidelines - so they stay alive and retain their unmistakable character. We consistently avoid chemical-synthetic pesticides and instead rely on biodiversity, greening and gentle soil cultivation. The more vitality and abundance there is where vines grow, the more of it there will be in the wine later.

Through the ecological management of the vineyards, our wines become better, more distinctive and greater.

In the cellar

We are patient and wait. Fermentation begins spontaneously with the natural yeasts that are present on the grapes and in the cellar. This allows our wines to develop what is inherent in them. Depending on the style and wine, our wines are matured in stainless steel tanks or in wooden barrels. During the maturation period, many of our wines remain on the fine yeast - for more structure, depth and elegance.

Maturation & rest

We are patient, wait and leave the fermentation to run its course. This allows our wines to develop what is inherent in them.
