Das Brunnenhäuschen
Riesling wines are incredibly multifaceted and reflect in all their subtlety how they were grown and cultivated. Their origin, i.e. the soil and climate, shapes their aromas in a distinctive way. Six years ago, we had the opportunity to take over a vineyard of approximately 8,000 m² in Westhofen's Brunnenhäuschen. This vineyard site is a small plot of around 13 hectares, bordering Morstein to the east, above the Steingrube site at around 200 meters. Even though Brunnenhäusche
