Riesling wines are incredibly multifaceted and reflect in all their subtlety how they were grown and cultivated. Their origin, i.e. the soil and climate, shapes their aromas in a distinctive way. Six years ago, we had the opportunity to take over a vineyard of approximately 8,000 m² in Westhofen's Brunnenhäuschen.
